Refund policy

At Dokan Anosh, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds in compliance with Shopify and Meta standards.

Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unopened
    • In original condition and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal care, beauty, or cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Discounted or promotional items (unless defective).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the issue was caused by Dokan Anosh.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are made using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
